History of the Firm
Founded in 1974 as a firm of patent attorneys, it was reconstituted in 1983 as a firm incorporating patent attorneys and attorneys at law under the name of

Having celebrated its 40th anniversary in July 2014, the firm can proudly claim to be a long-established yet progressive firm, which maintains high professional standards in all fields of activity. The firm offers timely and useful advise designed to our clients' specific concerns and is proud of its traditions of excellence and personal service.
It represents cases before the German and the European Patent Office, the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, the Federal Patent Court and finally before the competent ordinary courts in cancelation and infringement proceedings. The firm is thus in an excellent position to offer its clients the whole range of technical and legal advice and representation in intellectual property matters before the patent authorities, as well as before the courts.
The firm is represented in the following internationally important organizations in the field of intellectual property: AIPPI, FICPI, INTA, ECTA, GRUR and LES.
